By booking a puja through UrbanPanditji, you agree to these terms, along with our Privacy Policy, Cancellation Policy, and Guarantee.

UrbanPanditji verifies and connects you with an independent pandit for a home puja at a fixed price. We are the platform that matches, confirms, and stands behind the booking — we are not a temple or religious institution, and the ritual itself is conducted by the pandit according to their own tradition and training.

The price shown at the time of booking is the price you pay — fixed, with no surprise add-ons. If you cancel or reschedule, our Cancellation Policy explains exactly how that's handled.

• Give us an accurate name, phone number, and address so your pandit can reach you.
• Be present, or have someone present, at the address during your booked slot.
• Treat your pandit respectfully, as you would any guest invited into your home.

Every pandit on UrbanPanditji is verified in person before being shown to a customer. If your assigned pandit can't make it, that's covered by our Guarantee — a verified replacement or a full refund, your choice.

UrbanPanditji verifies and matches pandits in good faith, and stands behind that match through our Guarantee. Beyond the remedies described in our Guarantee and Cancellation Policy, UrbanPanditji's liability in connection with a booking is limited to the amount you paid for that booking. We are not liable for the religious or ritual conduct of the pandit, which is conducted according to their own tradition and training.

If something goes wrong, message us on WhatsApp first — most issues are resolved directly and quickly. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute that can't be resolved directly is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.

We may update these terms as the service evolves. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent change; continuing to use UrbanPanditji after an update means you accept the revised terms.
