If your pandit can't make it, we send a verified replacement or refund you 100%.
We know you're trusting us to bring a pandit into your home for a ritual that matters to your family. If something goes wrong on our end — the assigned pandit falls ill, has an emergency, or simply doesn't show — we'll do one of two things, your choice:
- Send another verified pandit who speaks your language and serves your area, as close to your original time as possible.
- Refund the full amount you paid, no questions asked.
Why we can make this promise
Every pandit on UrbanPanditji is verified in person — we visit, confirm who they are, and note which temple or tradition they're affiliated with before they're ever shown to a customer. We also confirm each booking with the assigned pandit directly ahead of time. A no-show is rare precisely because of that groundwork, but if it happens anyway, it's on us to fix — not you.
