When you book a puja, we ask for your name, phone number, preferred language, area in Bangalore, the puja date and time slot, and your home address. That's the full extent of what the booking form collects — we don't ask for anything beyond what we need to match and confirm a pandit for you.

• To match you with a verified pandit who serves your area and speaks your preferred language.
• To send your booking details to the assigned pandit over WhatsApp, and to send you confirmation and reminder messages.
• To contact you about your specific booking — rescheduling, support, or resolving an issue under our guarantee.

Only the pandit assigned to your booking receives your name, phone number, and address — sent directly to them so they can confirm and reach your home on the day. We don't sell your information, and we don't share it with advertisers or data brokers. We don't run ad trackers on this site.

We store your language preference (English, Hindi, or Kannada) in your browser's local storage so the site remembers it on your next visit — this stays on your device and isn't sent to us. The site also uses a service worker to let the app load reliably; it caches app assets, not your personal data, and doesn't track your browsing.

We keep your booking information for as long as needed to deliver the booking and handle any follow-up support, rescheduling, or dispute. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, as described below.

You can ask to see what information we have about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Message us on WhatsApp using the number in your booking confirmation and we'll action it.
