Cancellation Policy
Life happens, and auspicious dates sometimes need to shift. Here's how it works.

Rescheduling
Free, any time up to 24 hours before your booked slot, subject to your pandit's availability on the new date. Message us on WhatsApp or reply to your confirmation message with the new date.

Cancelling
- More than 48 hours before: full refund.
- 24–48 hours before: 50% refund — your pandit has already blocked the slot and, where a kit is included, samagri is often already being arranged.
- Within 24 hours, or a no-show on your end: no refund.

If we cancel on you
If your assigned pandit can't make it, that's covered by our guarantee — a verified replacement or a full refund, your choice, regardless of timing.
